• Wipe and clean counter-tops and items on the counter

• Clean the floor including mop, sweep, vacuum

Bathrooms

• Clean shower and tub
• Clean vanities and mirrors
• Clean and Disinfect toilet
• Clean the floors

Windows & Sliding Doors

• Clean all windows from inside

General

• Sweep and Clean all wood floors
• Take out the trash

Dusting

• Dust all windowsills and tracks
• Dust and Polish (you provide the polish) all of the furniture
• Wipe all of the pictures within reach
• Clean mirrors

Vacuum

• Vacuum the house thoroughly
• Vacuum the stairs and corners
• Vacuum the sofas and couches

Periodic Cleanings can be scheduled at an interval of 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks, or one month. You can set any other periodic schedule if you so desire.

Most customers desire a 2 week interval between house cleanings to be economical and to maintain the house clean.

Top-to-Bottom Detailed Cleaning or Spring Cleaning

Top-to-Bottom / Spring Cleaning includes the Regular Cleaning and other services including:

• Clean Oven and Broiler inside and out
• Clean Refrigerator inside and out
• Take things out of Cabinets, clean them, and put them back
• Lemon Oil the Cabinets
• Clean grouts on the Counters
• Scrub the Floor in the kitchen and bathrooms
• Wash the Woodwork and Baseboards
• Windows inside and out and vacuum the window tracks
• Clean the light fixtures and ceiling fans
• Clean and vacuum the wall around the fire place

Move-in and Move-Out Cleaning

• Cabinets and drawers cleaned inside and out, washed and oiled
• Fridge, broiler, oven, microwave oven cleaned inside and out
• Stove tops are also cleaned
• Countertops, baseboards and floors are also cleaned

Bathrooms

• Shower, vanity, wash-basin and floor cleaned
• Beneath the sink and all of the edges are taken care of
• Wash the walls and the ceiling
• Wash and lemon oil the cabinets

Doors, Windows, and Walls can be washed as well.

Vacuum

• Vacuum the valances, window tracks
• AC vents, blinds, edges and corners

Carpets

• Stop cleaning
• Deodorizing
• Steam cleaning
